WHAT ARE STUDENT AMBASSADORS?

Our student ambassadors are a group of incoming students who meet twice a month to brainstorm about ideas for school. They have been coming up with some great ideas that will shape JAHS. Some things that are being explored include a later start time, driver’s education classes, year-long outdoor education program, various foreign languages, etc. Their input will also be critical in developing the school’s extracurricular activities and clubs.

This group also gives incoming students a chance to get to know each other, easing some of the fears that can come with making the leap into high school.

For more information about the student ambassadors, email melissae@johnadamshs.org. You can also follow us on Instagram at @jahs_ambassadors_.

If you are currently a 7th, 8th or 9th grader interested in attending John Adams, we invite you to attend a student ambassador meeting. Parents are welcome to attend meetings, but are not required to.
